I would absolutely save my boss. She's the best boss I've ever had and I wouldn't want to lose her. You never know how bad the next guy or gal would be, might make me work harder.
The list of people whom I would call an ambulance for andnot come into contact with physically for fear of catching their cooties? THAT is a very long list.
Your boss is lucky to have you. You need to tell her that you have her back. Next to having naked photos of your boss, saving their life pretty much ensures job security, don't you think? :)
I would attempt to save my boss's life, out of pure humanitarianism and ethics. If he didn't make it? Too bad.
